I made an online reservation for 2 return pick up from Tullamarine early May for my visit (i'm from Malaysia) on 24/5 - 31/5. Upon my arrival late night (8pm), I approached the usual Terminal 2 transport lane and was then told by one of the driver (JetBus) after calling their office, that my transport broke down and had to cancel the pick up. I then had to fork up AUD34 to pay for 1 way transfer to my hotel via Skybus service. Upon arrival at the hotel, I called the Jet Bus company and was assured that refund of half of AUD48 I paid will be refunded in 3 working days. Having the phobia of no-show, I subsequently worried if the transfer will ever cancel again without any notice. I since then followed up 2 times and even another call to the company 30mins prior the pick up time upon my departure date. However, upon my return to KL, I found no refund to my credit card. I had then wrote an email to their [email protected] address on 2/6 but again there was no respond. I verify with my credit card company today and still no sign of any refund. I would like to take this to your attention as I think such company should be regulated as our experience with service provider in Australia has always been very positive starts from Groupon. This is the first time we experience difficulties with the services we've paid for. I've just wrote to both their [email protected] and [email protected] hoping someone will reply to my email. Anyhow, I would like you to take necessary action so no other consumers have to go through the same as what I've been through.
