I joined this wesbite for unlimited ps3 downloads and $62.36 was taken from my credit card on the 2/6/09 and i have not been able to download anything from this website. It keeps saying that im not a member even though the money has been taken from my credit card. I have tried to contact the company many times via email and their help desk and have had no response. I would like my money refunded ASAP as the product i have paid for doesnt work.
