This company is truly appalling.
Notwithstanding an order issued against them by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in 5 and an undertaking that they would not make payment demands for unsolicited goods... they are again up to their old tricks
My 85 year old mother (recently deceased) has payment demands for a plethora of unsolicited items including childrens books.
The excuse no doubt this time is the same as the last... a breakdown in their 'systems' as they argued before the tribunal
