Unauthorised charges

On the 17th of December I received 12 charges on my Telstra Bill which I learnt through Telstra are Premium Number Services.
I have spoken to Telstra and they informed me that your company had submitted these costs against my mobile phone number. Item Numbers shown on my account are - 2d4WblQ6, 2d4Wblr6, 2d4Wbls6, 2d4Wblt6, 2fh4cMp4, 2fh46Qq4, 2f2Wz2f5, 2f2Wq8w5, 2fMll2f4, 2fMll2g4, 2dl5pss6, 2dl5pst6. I do not know what these numbers stand for. I have been advised by Telstra to text you " STOP" so that you can unsubscribe me effective immediately from your text services which I did.
Please arrange for Telsta to remove these charges ($55.25) from my account immediately.
I have tried ringing your company on 1300661263 but all I get is recorded mesage with music on hold. Please reply to this message ASAP.
