Lygon cycles East Brunswick purchased two top end mountain bikes for myself and girl friend. Upon purchase retailer said purchase here and l will give you the first service free. Purchased both cycles. One got used other sat in garage. Anyway gears started slipping took moutnain bike into shop bike still as new condition not wanting full service just basic gear adjustment. Salesman said leave bike here 2 hours and come back, so l wandered around came back to be told we cant do it today and we are going to charge you!!
Complete display of disgracefull customer service liars and wasted my time would never refer a stray dog to this business.
LYGON CYCLES a shocking after sales service you been warned.
