Trend Micro Security 2012
Double Bill

I purchased Trend Micro 2012 on 15th September and I was billed twice. I tried to print my invoice or purchase order and was unable to do it at the time. Please refund the cost of the other charge and only sent me 1 download.
I tried to send you a email to Customer Service and email was sent back to me, that it is non existance.
