I made one call but am still paying for it.
I recieved no satisfaction or gained no help.
The deductions are to cease immediately as I will be cancelling the debit with the bank.
It has turned out to be a complete rip off, I will be reporting this matter to the ombudsman as well, as I have paid you a lot of money for no satisfaction what so ever.
My enquiry was re a divorce matter.
