Failure to deliver goods paid fo

I ordered products from Monkey Mitten on 8th December payment was confirmed by PayPal on December 9th, I was informed by Monkey Mitten the products had been ordered, and I have heard nothing since, and no product delivered. I have tried contact repeatedly by email and phone - you always receive the same anonymous answering machine message, but no contact from them. They are thieves. They should be shut down.
