Non response to emails

When completing details on the net I noticed an extra item for US$14.88. I imediately stopped completing form which the final stage had not been completed and arrowed back to find where I had ticked for this item. It took me back to the start of registration. I put my email details in again to see where it would take me and was adviswd I was already a member dispite not completeing the application previously. I checked my card ststement on line and my account had already been charged. The charge will appear as "FREESOFTDOWNLOADZ.COM". I have sent emails to "[email protected]" but no luck.
