I phoned on January 4th AAPT to have our phone and internet service relocated to a new business premises on Frdiay 8th Jan and I phoned back the same day to cancel the internet connection as we won't be needing it only to be told they can't cancel and it will go through and we will be charged $59 for the phone and $99 for the internet. We do not have a contract with them and I asked for it in writing only to be told that their new system cannot cancel orders and we will get charged. There was no cooling off policy and nothing in writing and at no time during the phone call to them initially did they say that it wouldn't be able to be cancelled once in place.
