I purposely looked up what I thought was an australian on line shopping site for Thomas Sabo - it turns out they are really Poseidon ([email protected]) via an asian company who isn't being very helpful. I have received a letter from Moneybookers Ltd., London, Registered in England and Wales no 4260907.

Authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money. "they" use for mastercard payments saying my payment was successful and will appear on my bank statement under their name and when I try to contact the store to proceed with my items ordered and evidentally paid for - they don't answer my questions and haven't proceeded with the sale - on their website my order still says payment failure.
