2 Unauthorised debits from my credit card BUT I DID GET MY MONEY BACK. (Transaction reversed)
I just kept emailing them demanding a refund. I did have to cancel /change my credit card number though.
Their tactic is that you email Support and get some auto generated response with a number to call. The number is useless. I searched the net and found the following email adresses of people who are allegedly associated with this scam and just kept on and on forwarding my auto responses with a demand for refund.
Try this;
IMMEDIATE REFUND OR LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN
