Charged credit card without authisation when account was cancelled

Pure lift trial i tried was good until my credit card got charged.
Without my authorization so i rang head office and they said they'll cancell the order and give me my money back. I have never seen the money or there office contact me since the day i called them. Im a single mom that dosent get much money and when 49.00 us dollars comes out of my credit card thats lots money. and all i want is my money. and if i dont see it soon im going to sue them and ill just get more money back if they want to play games thats fine with me.
