I brought items from this website Herbalremedies.us.com. I brought Nisim shampoo and conditioners and other stuff a total worth $170.75 that's including postage; mind you that was in early march. They never send me an email to say the goods was not in stock. I had to email them, and had to wait for a respond after a couple of emails send. Then they said the goods will be available at a certain date in April - the goods was not available. I kept sending them emails and then they said it will be available/ in June. Still I received no goods being shipped to me. So I asked them to cancel my order and its today is the 18 july and no refund. I have sent them email after emails, they respond after a couple of days saying your refund will be in 1-2 business days and NO REFUND. My money has been with them since MAY and I have had no items delivered to me, NO refund. They are the worst website to purchase goods froom. ITS BEEN 5 MTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME BACK MY MONEY!!!
