I recently deposited 100.00 $ Australian with money bookers and i filled out my email address wrongly and when i tried to use my money i found that i could not access my account so i wrote and rang money bookers i was told that i had no account anyway after a lot of mucking about i found that the problem was my email address so i proceeded to email them of the problem and i was told that they could not do anything about it unless i sent them my id which i did and it was not good enough so i asked them not to give me the money but to reverse the transaction but i have not heard from them for a couple of months so i resent the email and still no answer so i would like to have someone in authority to get in touch with them so i can get my money back thanking you in anticipation
