I have checked my bank account statement and found that on 17th December the company has debited my account for renewal of anti-virus software which I did not authourise. Since I purchased this product two years ago and it failed to prevent my hard drive from becoming corrupted and losing the entire memory bank, I would not authorise a further renewal of this product or recommend it to anyone!
I did not request the renewal so I expect this to be fixed ASAP.
