HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Burleigh Heads, Queensland

This company "Lamelec Australia" is completely useless, I made an enquiry about a product I required pretty urgently. I did this on a Thursday morning. Five Days passed and still no reply. Tried calling and no one was "available" to take my call. I don't know how businesses like these are still around. Their customer service is appalling and they dont deserve to still be in business. I will never reccommend them to anyone and in fact will mention specifically NOT to use these people. they are one example of a hopeless company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
