DC Battery Store
Failure to deliver product

In December I ordered a battery and charger from dc-battery.com.au. It is now March and I still have not received the battery, although I was charged in December. My emails are answered with "I will look into it", but nothing happens. Apparently there is nothing in Australia and the company is in the UK.
