Terrible quality product

Well I am 16 i saved up $200 to go and buy my new Nokia 5300. I was so happy with myself that i had finally saved up the $200 to buy it. Well four days after i bought my new phone i pulled it out of my pocket and what do i see? My screen was black i some places with cracks in it. I was so shocked. I almost cried. I was very upset... Well my mother said we will go to the shop where you bought it and see what we can do.

We went to the shop the man said its going to cost $59 (Don't quote me on this) to send it away for them to Evan check if they will cover it under warranty. My mum argued with him for about 30 minutes. We left with my broken phone never to be fixed...

I was very upset... 3 months later here i am still with my broken phone. I'm currently using an old lg flip phone...

Well hopefully someone could help me out with getting my screen repaired...
