Recently the ph number 0411189152 was swapped from simplus to virgin all was ok until the phone stopped recieving mess. (all of this has been recorded on my file) I rang to get it fixed. Cut a long story short i rang 11 times and on the last time was informed be Adrian Ref :12152596 that it could have been fixed on the first phone call this in turn has cost me $70.95 in phone calls to you to fix problem. Adrian deducted $20 from the phone bill which is good but leaves a furter $50 that i have to pay. Most of this I was on hold for and was getting very frustrated. I do wish to be reimbursed this money your company broke the contract and all this would not have happened if your staff knew what to do.
