Dick Smith (The former owner of Dick Smith Electrical's) is a great man. A person to whom I have great respect and admiration of, but ever since Woolworths Limited took over, the stores, service, and quality of products has literally turned to @#*T! I purchased a Swann Wireless Security Surveillance system from the Dick Smith Broadway Sydney store today, and I was completely dumbfounded by the fact that when I opened it, its power adaptors were for the USA. Now don't me wrong, I love America, but I live in Australia, and I needed the AC/DC adaptors to be Australian, so that the thing would operate. Its not the first time that Dick Smiths has sold me a dud, and or non Australian compliance electrical product. Its a disgrace, and what I do believe, is that if Mr. Dick Smith (The man) himself, still owned this company, it would not happen. LOVE YOU DS, BUT YOUR STORES HAVE TURNED TO CRAP.
