Words can not explain how I feel about this company!!!
We are currently in major legal proceedings so I can not say much.
I work in a small company of 20 staff and 2 of us are independently in legal battles with this company.
Our hose was due for completion on the 4th of December. As of today 18 th Aprilit is still incomplete and the company refuse to negotiate with us as per the caluses in our contract instead choosing to take legal action against my husband and I. Surely somebody can listen to reason!!! This is now 1.5 years over the promised delivery date!
Is everybody dealing with this company simply a difficuilt customer. ???
I am very keen to get a list of people who are having issues with this company in particulary in Adelaide and note that Today tonight have also recently done a story on them in Victoria, so maybe its time for SA to stand up to this !!!
