Snug australia
Non-valid tracking # and ilence from customer service

I have placed an order on Jan 17th and got a tracking number from Snug Australia which is fake. The customer service does not answer the phone and they do not reply to emails.
I've lost 238 $US and do not know how to get moeny back.
