Tax Refund

I lodged my tax return with Tax Returns Australia on the 2nd July - 3 weeks later they still hadn't lodged it with the tax office - and wouldn't respond to my emails. I then re-lodged my return with them on 21st July and I still have no refund. I have called them and can't get through and I have emailed with no answer.

So basically I lodged my tax with them 5-6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for refund - or someone to contact me.

My partner also lodged his tax with them and after waiting 2 months with no contact called them to see where his refund was and all they could say was they misplaced it. Still waiting for his refund from last year. It's ridiculous!!

I WILL NEVER USE TAX RETURNS AUSTRALIA AGAIN AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE AVOID THEM AS WELL.
