Rented car on line for 2 week holiday in Croatia. It was a nine seater van, when we got there they had no vans available so they wanted to give us two small cars which were inappropriate. We had a voucher for Budget, but they told us they had received no money from De Code and we would have to pay again. My card had been debited 4 months before our trip.
We finally got a van the next day after much arguing, then on our return we we asked to pay again. We refused and as soon as we left, the hire company debited my card for the full amount. On our return i contacted De Code who were very apologetic & said they would refund my money. That never happened. DO NOT BOOK ANY CARS THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I have now been refunded the money by my bank.
