I have been debited $49.95 from my credit card 13th May for computer virus protection that I wanted to opt out of & advised the above companyon 2 separate occaions by email rpior to the date my card was to be debited. The 'Activation Code' I had to log into in order to make alterations was virtually indephicerable about 60 letters & numerals in length. I had 5 attempts at entering the said code but could not access my Customer no. in order to cancel the subscription. Neither of my emails were anawered. I will be contacting both my credit card company and Consumer Affairs in the State of Victoria to alert others to this scam- they are crooks!
