On Thursday night of 9/6 my son and myself went to the mcdonald store above. The time was 9.05 i needed to go to the ladies there was no toilet paper in either toilet and the floor was disgusting. I then went out to us the desalbe toilet i waited as some one was in there when that person worked out it was a worker from the store when he saw me he went back in to the toilet with coffee in hand. As he left i worked in the toilet was so dirty it had poo all round the top of the bowl the floor had water all over it wich is very slippery. I left and my son had our meal and was sitting down the food was cold my son also said his was cold, the garbage bin was so full the rubbish was on the floor near the bin. At the time we were in there 4 customes including myslef were in the store so they were not busy i did not speak to the manger as i am sick of being told sorry maiden we will fix it. The manger on at the time was Aleisha Pope and was no were to be seen so i am writing this complaint and i hope i get something done about this disgusting restaurent. As i am sure if the owner walked in he would of been very upset it has turned me of going to a mcdonalds for a long time.
