Why is money being taken from my account

To whom it may concern..
Money is being taken from my account and i don't know why this is
happening. Any subscriptions that were under my name were
canceled over a month ago. So i would like to know why i'm still
being charged? I would like epocheu.com to stop this unauthorized
billing of my account? And i would like to have the money refunded
to my account. So if someone could please get back to me on why
this is happening it would be greatly appreciated thank you...
