Why is there money being taken out from my credit card???

I dont know who you are, or why $36.92 is being taken from my credit card each month. I have sent an email before with no response. The only details i have are this 1-3106645810
INCL OVERSEAS TXN FEE 1.08 AUD
I wont this to stop immediately, It is getting beyond a joke. I would like a full refund of my money. If you eed to know how much i will have to look it up, but it will be a fair bit. At least have the decency to reply to an email. The bank even said you look like a legit website, prove me wrong
