In June '09 I ordered a whole stack of TV serie collections paying USD527.45 - the DVDs I received were of absolutely terrible quality (like someone had taped them while videoing the tv screen) - I complained and they sent me another set saying that this would be better quality. It wasn't and on advising them of the same they tole me to return the lot for a refund. I returned the full 2 sets to them on the 2nd of November '09 (it took that long to get them to accept them back) - I incurred a postage cost of AUD123.05. I have sent them numerous emails regarding my total refund but to date (18.1.10) have not heard from them. I will continue to see reimbursement. Please do not order from this company it is the worst ever.
It is really shameful that people can do this to other people and take their hard earned money under such false pretences.
