I purchased 2 box sets from this company both on the same day. 2 days after placeing and paying for order the company notified of a change of web address, but using the link it didn't work. I finally received one of the orders 10 days later. I never received tracking numbers from them for either orders and 4 attempts to contact them by email has not yielded any response, depsite threatenting to report them to the fraud squad for obtaining funds under false pretenses. Glad I payed by Paypal, but I know that that is going to be a long and drawn out processes to have the funds returned. Not happy as I thought that they were a reputable american company only to find that they are asian based, they have misrepresented themselves and I am not happy.
