Getting ripped off without notice

I am being ripped off every month, the above mention website said you are paying just $2.95 today and every now and then unknown collector collects the amount from my credit card. Don't have any idea what to do because it is no use calling 18001234567 and 8664514235 because there's no one to talk to you. Can anyone help???
