I signed up for a 99cent trial for software search and down load after giving my credit card details and being accepted the site will not let me logon even to complain to this company as the reply i get is that I cannot contact the company without logging on when I attempt to retrieve my password I get the reply that I am not on the datdbase I now find out that it is not a 99cent but a us$56 charge
