I was charged $44.91 believing that it was membership for Itunes

After purchasing an IPOD TOUCH (my first ipod) I found that in order to
synch music and photos, I needed to Download Itunes.
From the net I finished up being convinced of getting this membership,
thinking that I was dealing with Itunes store. Paid $44.91 USD
and got nothing in return, and frankly would like my money back!!
3 years unlimited VIP access, To what??
