We thought we were buying software from limewire so we could download music. We decided to get the Lifetime membership which we were told we had to pay to get unlimited free downloads. We have not received any confirmation of membership and no login details, etc. It has been almost 3 month since we made the purchase. The money was taken out of my account through paypal so i thought i was safe but obviously not. The name on my statement is saphie number one limited, which is also the name on the paypal payment confirmation email.
I have tried contacting saphie on the email address they have provided on other complaints but still have not received a reply.
I will be warning everyone about them. They are obviously conning money off of people.
I want my money back!!! $82.67AUS.
