I foolishly took up an offer to try Resmedin Resveratrol caps for the price of postage only, the order was placed on 1/5 .
When the package arrived I thought they were very prompt but as I still had a few resveratrol capsules left of another brand I still have yet to open them, much to my horror they have now accessed my bank account for the amount of $152.00 on 1/25 without any confirmation from me.
I wish I had researched this company before I opted to trial their product. I have gone to their website and cannot find any information on how to cancel any further orders so have had to close my bank account to stop this criminal act continuing. My Bank will be investigating this company and will be disputing this transaction that definately I did not authorise.By my calculations there was only 20 days between the first contact with this company and them helping themselves to my money, they have not allowed any shipping time to Australia from the US, or any time for me to even try to assess whether I would want to continue using their product. If I could find a return address on their website I will gladly send back their "Trial" product. I purchase a lot of products from the US and am very happy with the companys that I have dealt with, but I am afraid these people have left a nasty taste in my mouth, makes me too afraid to even try their capsules as they also may not be what they seem.
