Woolworths - Range Shopping Centre Toowoomba have coffee on special for $12.93.. The sign is directly in front of the 500g tins as well as above on the 400g. I was shopping on Tuesday and as is common for most of us, in a hurry, saw this as a great special and grabbed a tin only to find when I got home the price was $23.53. I am aware I should have read the sign that had 400g on it - my complaint is why is this sign in front of the 500g tins. This is not this first time this has happened, cat food, bread also bear deceptive signs. I was in the store again today and the sign is still in front of the 500g tin. It this a ploy to trick us into buying things we think are on special. I would have bought 2 x 400g tins for not much more that the price of this one. Are retail giants allowed to do this?
