Using my home phone number to pay for someone elses cell phone bill!!!

These people are selling sim cards for cell phones and other products for a cheap price.
There is a whole section on their website showing special instructions on how to step by step
use your cell phone to call someone elses home phone then you get charged if you answer it!!!
It has happened to me several times.
DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU SEE A 126 number in the beggining of the number!!!
Somehow they figured out how to do it.
PLEASE CHECK OUT THE WEBSITE!!!
I am calling the RCMP to report this annoying scam.
