Hi i was using vip tel mobile with 49 cap plan i used that for two months and i thought of changing the cap plan and they said me to have charge of 40 AUD for that which i paid. unfortunately I lost my mobile after sometimes and i reported that and requested for new sim card for service again here they charged me 40 AUD for simcard and said to send it in 5 working days. when they sim didnt arrived in 8 days i called them up and asked about the sim card and they said sorry and said that there was a technical problem and the sim will be sent in 5 working days. i waited another 10 days and it didnt come so i called the customer service again and asked for the sim card and they said the same i waited another 10 days but it didnt come but i got the reguler bill. now it has been two months but i still havent got the simcard and they are sanding me bills. this entire thing i didnt buy another mobile and because of the contract and beleving that the sim will come in 5 days and i didnt work as well because i work on calls and didnt have mobile. finaaly i got tired and got vodafone. can anyone please help me with situation what to do.
