Very similar story to all the other Reportage cons. In Victoria there is a guy travelling around in blue Toyota Yaris. The same claim is made as in Europe and the U.S that this person has these jackets and cannot afford the tax and is willing to part with them for money towards the cost of the rental car.

This person went by the name of Justino and was cruising car parks at major shopping centres in the Melbourne Metro area.
