Hello, recently I purchased Norton 360 from a retail store and i installed it and it seemed fine... but then it started showing error messages and your staff technicians tried to fix it and the research team said they would contact me within 24 hours... it has been more than 3DAYS!!!

* i tried to get help from your technicians AGAIN! and someone called Vignesh said the only way to fix the newly purchased program was if i pay MORE money!!!...I have already paid for this program..THAT DOES NOT WORK! and now I am expected to pay more than the program cost to make it work!
* I am quite outraged at this ridiculous turn of events and I demand that I get better customer service and do not have to pay for something that should not have had problems in the first place!
* I am a patient person but I do not take kindly to being treated like a fool!
* I want my program fixed for no charge... it is not good enough to ask me to pay when the product does not work as it should!
* If I do not get some satisfaction from this matter, then you can be very sure that I will take this matter much further!
