My father-in -law received a call from 365 pc support this week regarding his laptop (for home). He rang us asking about the company as he was not sure about it. My father-in -law is a clever man in lots of areas but not computers. Typical of his generation he knows how to use one but not a lot about the operating systems that run a computer. I googled the company and found www.365pcsupport.com. Interesting, why didn't they register the website in Australia with .au at the end? Isn't that a general indication where they are located?? I know its not necessary but is a good indicator where they are. Thankfully my father -in-law has listened to his son over the years and said do not do anything with random phone calls like ths. How did they get his phone number and know what he had on his computer??? If they are a legit computer company based here wouldn't they know people would search for their site and read about them!!! Advise anyone you know of the older generation who has a computer but doesn't know much about them about this company- it doesn't sound legit!!!
