Hello, My name is Gary Berruex and $49.95 has been deducted from our credit card from your company without my authorization. We do not use your product as you should be able to tell. I would like the money refunded asap. It was deducted from my Commonwealth Mastercard on 21/01. I have tried to download staement printout but incorrect format.
