Fail to refund

Two weeks ago I ordered approximately $500 worth or merchandise from Loco MX, on the same day I ordered almost $1000 worth from another company in the US (I am in Australia) I received the order from the other company over a week ago, and yesterday was informed by Loco MX that my order has not been shipped as they are out of stock. I requested a refund so I could purchase the items I needed urgently elsewhere, and was told I would have to wait up to a week for the funds to be returned to me. UNACCEPTABLE LOCO! I will never shop with them again. This is the second time this has happened to me regarding that company, and obviously I should not have given them another chance. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
