I placed the order on the 21st July and 10 minutes later I decided to cancel it after I read the complain. It was my fault of placing the order without doing a thorough investigation fist. I rang up the Customer Service # 866-989-8947 as stated on the "Terms & Condition" page. I wanted to cancel my order, but they said you can't do that as the order had already gone through. I said it was only 10 mins ago but the cancellation was still could not be done.
Then, I said I want to make sure there would not be any ongoing charges after that. They said Ok. I also recieved the cancellation email after this phone call. They advised me to return the item immediately after I receive it. 16 days later after placing the order I received the item and of course the trial period had been over. The trial period was calculated from the day you place the order. Isn't this a scam? The next day I returned the product with just a normal post (not registered). The address was the one given to me by the Customer Service when I cancel the order.

On the 4th Aug I saw my credit card account and I was charged USD$72.89. This was not authorised at all. I rang them up and they said they did not receive the product I returned. They asked me for a tracking number and I don't have one. I said I only have the post office receipt number.

On the 19th Aug and 22ns Aug I saw 2 more transactions of US$3.29 & $US$7.29 for access fee and membership fee. Again, these were not authorised. They basically stealing our money on a monthly basis.

For those people out there, please do not give your credit card number to these companies or web sites. Please read carefully and search for any scam compalints lodged by others. These people set up the company to steal people's money not to sell the product. They are NOT genuine business people at all. The customer service is not helpful and they can;t even give the phone number in Sydney office which they claim they have one.
By the way, the product was returned to a Sydney address not a US address.

All these sound very dodgy. PLEASE ladies be careful and after all these I don;t think the product is genuine and does function as it promises.

I am very upset because I have to close my credit card to stop the recurring charges.
