Unorthorthised debit

I have been debited a sum of $500 - from my credit card account after i ordered a free sample of acai berry diet tablets. I was signed up for memebership and website access and costs was debited from my account unbeknown to me. Consulted the help centre and was told that all transactions would stop. It did but no money was reimbursed. Still wanting to know what gives these people th right to unlawfully access my accoutn and take my money.

Another question how did VHS complaints board get access to my account details to debit money $4.98 and $10.80 from my account without my knowledge. this is very concerning as well. Are you planning on taking any more funds from my account without my knowledge? This is crazy are you here to help or what is this tooooooooooooo...
Please explain because i will advise my bank to cancel all debit payments pertaining to my credit card.
