Funds being withdrawn from my credit card

Dear sir/madam

i believe that i misleadingly signed up to Carboncopy Pro and another unitentified website which are currently withdrawing monthly amounts from my credit card. I have been assualted 18 months ago which has left me paralysed from waist down. I am on the verge of bankrupsy and therefore foolishly signed up the these websites. Since commencement of my membership, I have not ben able to sign on as it contnously requests more funds which i do not have.

Please adise how i can stop these amounts being withdrawn from my account as i have discussed it with my bank who advised i need to contact the people themselves.
