I recently used this website to access medical advise and was chargedfor this service, which Was part of using the site. This week they sent me an email asking me to answer a quick survey about the service I received. When I replied and sent back their survey, they then accessed my bank ac again and took another $23 for answering their survey. What a scam!!! I have emailed them but don't think I'll receive an answer. It is sad to think that a service that has medical Practitioners working for them would do this. I always thought that doctors were ethical people but I have been proven wrong. So Sad
