Very interesting that this company and its apparent deceit is in different countries. Like some others I submitted my credit card number for a trial of the product only. The ad on the television says it is a 30 day trial. I had the parcel returned by registered mail before the due date which Body Trim said they didn't receive until I PROVED I did. Since that I have had $364.41 deducted from my account under the name of Igea Life Sciences. I did not recognise Igea due to their trading name on my statement, thinking it was an essential services company I had subscribed to. The person in charge of returns "Kate" said that my credit card record of the return was not good enough and that I needed to supply the tracking number. She said you might be "LUCKY' and find that the post office still has it. Well I was so called LUCKY and found my tracking number which was faxed to her. The interesting thing is that now nobody can find the fax. I have rung 5 times but Kate is always on the phone and they are always going to ring back but it has only happened once, to tell me I did not have proof of postage. I will give this company the benefit of the doubt for another few days but due to other postings it doesn't seem good. I will keep all informed of the outcome. This is quite hurtful as I am on a disabled pension.
