Billed without consent and before receipt of goods

I placed an order for some Acai tablets about 29 October (Order Number 2108569). They were on a trial basis and I was only to pay Shipping & handling ($2.95) initially. I received an email with the order summary and showing an amount of $2.95 was to be debited to my credit card. To date I have received no product and I now find that I have been billed an amount of $88.12 on my credit card. I have been trying to contact the organisation on the number given for Australia (61390086241) and have been told that I am calling out of hours. All my calls have been in hours for Australia. I am going to hospital tomorrow for major surgery and I wanted to advise them of this and also advise that I would not be able to complete the trial in the time frame.
